    Fantastic location in the center of Val Thorens; ski in - ski out, good cuisine, relaxing atmosphere, comfortable room, friendly staff.

    The smell of chlorine dominates the whole hotel. Indoor as well as outdoor the hotels is in need of maintenance (loose wires, curtains, stucco, etc. The terrace furniture was already locked away for the end of the season. The choice at breakfast deminised every day because of the end of the season.

    Unmatched ski access, really good room views, well-maintained facilities

    The bar service is excruciatingly slow during peak hours!!! The significant pre-authorization requirement on check-in feels excessive!!! Minor maintenance issues could use some attention!!!

    And you know what? The super nice team, always had good tips for ski runs and bars, it felt too personal for a hotel.

    It wasn't cheap, but given the comfort, I can say it was still tolerable.
